01
Import of marine raw materials
Dried Small Anchovy are caught all over Japan, but each area has its own fishing season. In recent years, domestic catches have declined rapidly, leading to unstable supply to consumer markets. Kimura Shoji Co., Ltd. quickly adapted to this situation by importing from countries such as Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, China, and Thailand.
Utilizing the technical capabilities and know-how of the "Kimura Group", a leading manufacturer and distributor of Dried Small Anchovy, we provide thorough technical guidance overseas. We import only the highest quality raw materials that meet the rigorous standards of the Japanese market, which are of world-class quality.
02
Sale of Pet Food
In addition to whole, edible Dried Small Anchovy and Iriko (Dried Anchovy), we develop Pet Food derived from marine products, which is packed with nutrients and serves as a "health food." We are committed to human-grade quality control (food that can be eaten by humans) and offer a lineup of products that are packed with the deliciousness of natural ingredients and that pets will love.
We offer a variety of products, from reduced-sodium options designed for health to soft-textured treats suitable for small dogs, cats, and senior pets. We offer a wide range of products, from daily nutritional supplements to fresh, single-serving snacks.
03
Export of products
In Asia and Southeast Asia, there is a culinary culture that uses Dried Small Anchovy in cooking. While there are regional characteristics in terms of what is preferred, such as the larger size of Dried Small Anchovy being preferred compared to Japan, we are not only focusing on importing from overseas, but also on exporting high-quality raw materials processed using Japanese technology.
By developing a new market for Dried Small Anchovy with a global perspective, we are spreading Japan's commitment to food to the world.
